We have five dogs, two of which are over 100 lbs. The amount of poop generated by our four legged family members is impressive to say the least. An overripe bunch of bananas resulted in a plague of fruit flies that would have impressed the great Pharaoh himself. We could not understand why we couldn't get rid of them. Finally, after consulting the great Google gods, we learned that animal feces (aka "poop") draws fruit flies.
