The material is nice and soft, I suspect ir will shrink when washed but otherwise very cute. One star off as straps are short.This was as expected . Love that it has a long strap and two shorter straps. The top zips closed which is great to secure belongings i use it for work and add a lunch bag and water bottle with my wallet and other small items and its great .Love the neutral color.Difficult and time consuming to try and convert this bag. Returned it straight away.I love this bag. It is a lot more sturdy than I had expected. It has become my new everyday tote. I have room for everything. The front pockets are awesome and there is also a little pocket inside that gives you space to zip up your keys or wallet. The extra strap that turns it into a messenger bag was also a nice touch to the bag, even though I mainly wear it as a tote.I bought this for a trip out of state. it took a lot of abuse switching planes, shoving it under the seats, going through security, etc. the canvas is thick, & the attachments for the strap is very, very thick so no chance of it detaching when full. well made. I love it!Going to use this bag in October for a trip with friends to NY. The bag would have been absolutely perfect, to me (5 stars) if it had a zipper closing for the top instead of a snap. I wasn't sure from the pic what it had. I do love the inside zipper pocket - I never buy a purse without one! I do plan to buy each of my friends one for our trip. I know they will like them, too.Working as a TA can damage a good bag easily. So I decided I need something to hold my things throughout the day as I travel to different classes & supervise children on the yard. This tote bag meets all my needs and when the kids step on it I care less than if it was one of my nice bags.My favorite aspect to this tote is the outer pockets and the dual length straps.Wondering if it’s just the packaging or the dye used. . . .
